  • The health of the digestive tract, liver function, response to stress and quality of sleep are the cornerstones of hormonal health. Magdalena teaches how to restore these systems as a foundation to good hormonal balance. She does not teach about rebalancing with hormone replacement therapies.
  • Magdalena works intimately with the principal of bio-individuality, which means that one approach and protocol might work for one person but might not work for another. We both need to respect and work with it.

Speaking Engagement Options

Option 1: Free Talk – “Which Hormones are Making You Unbalanced?”

Duration: 1.5 hours 


Synopsis: Learn which hormones can be the reason why you are feeling unbalanced, even if your lab tests and doctor tell you “it’s all OK”. We often think that our hormonal health cannot be managed unless we “take hormones”.


Magdalena Wszelaki, a certified nutrition coach and a hormone balance expert, will speak about how nutritional and lifestyle changes can help you find your balance.


She will cover the role of our digestive health, sugar cravings, toxicity of our liver and stress that can throw our sacred hormonal balance on a spin.


This talk is highly relevant to anyone dealing with weight loss resistance, depression, anxiety, hair loss, infertility, painful PMS or menopause. Some of the conditions we will touch on are adrenal fatigue, PCOS, fibroids, estrogen dominance and low thyroid function.

Option 2: Workshop – “How to Rebalance Your Hormones with Nutrition and Lifestyle Changes”

Duration: 3-4 hours 
Fee: $27 – $37 per participant

Synopsis: Come and learn how symptoms such as weight loss resistance, depression, anxiety, fatigue, hair loss, PMS, menopause and many others can be caused by hormonal imbalances. We have grown accustomed to feeling hormonally unbalanced but the good news is: it does not have to be this way.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • how to link various symptoms to the different hormonal imbalances,
  • how to restore your digestive health, which is key to restoring your hormones,
  • how to detoxify your liver, which is the central metabolizer and eliminator of “used” hormones,
  • what stress and high/low cortisol levels can do to your other hormones,
  • how sleep is a healer and how to get good 8-9 hours of deep sleep,
  • how to test for hormonal imbalances – blood, urine or saliva?

This is a highly interactive workshop in which the participants will be invited to take the Hormones Balance Quiz and develop their own Daily Route chart.

Each participant will walk away with plenty of inspiration and clear to-do action lists to start the rebalancing journey right away.
